I was born and raised in Michigan, in and around Detroit. I can remember being young and having a really active imagination; superheroes and the power rangers were some of my favorite things. As a kid I remember seeing my first blooper reel, (I can’t recall what it was from), but that’s when I realized that all the amazing things I saw on TV were really just people pretending and having an amazing time doing so. That’s when I caught the acting bug! I started with summer classes, and it only furthered my interest.

By the time I got through high school and started college, I had chosen a “safe” career path, but never lost the love for acting. When I moved out to LA, it was to pursue 3D animation cause it was “safe.” I was lucky enough to have close family and a mom that encouraged me to do what I wanted, rather than what was “safe.” So I left animation and jumped into my love without a net.
